Roadmap for the implementation of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR)

The Construction Products Regulation (CPR) allows the Commission to adopt legal acts to implement or to complement the CPR, in the form of implementing or delegated acts mentioned in Articles 26(3) and 60 of the CPR respectively1 . In addition, the CPR mandates the Commission to report to the European Parliament (EP) and to the Council on different aspects of that Regulation. The following table provides an overview on the tasks which the Commission intends to undertake for the implementation of the CPR. This table is available at the following website http://ec.europa.eu/growth/sectors/construction/product-regulation . A number of tasks have already been performed and delegated acts, implementing acts as well as reports adopted accordingly.
